Align will help you renew your motivation and recommit to yourself. This four week self start program will help you to redefine your wellness intentions, practice consistency with accountability, and create sustainable change as you traverse through the rest of the year.

This self-paced wellness challenge has been designed by two wellness experts and includes:


  • Emails to guide you through each week including a weekly focus area, a customizable plan, and related movement, mindfulness, and nutrition resources:
    • Journal prompts, tools, and templates
    • Access to four on-demand workouts (Strength, HIIT and Restore) and a live streamed class each week*
    • Health coaching learning video tutorials
    • Guided meditation tracks
    • And more!
  • A WhatsApp chat for the Align community to build in more accountability, ask questions, and receive additional support
  • The option to add on weekly 1:1 accountability calls to further customize your experience.
  • Access to all content for four months.

Go inward | Week 1

Explore your relationship to primary & secondary food and gain clarity on your wellness priorities.

Commit | Week 2

Crowd out distractions by focusing your energy on the most important things to your wellness.

Shed | Week 3

Release the habits and mindsets that no longer serve you and move through resistence.

Integrate | Week 4

Identify your common “de-railers” and learn to navigate them so you can keep your momentum going.

Each week you’ll be invited to explore a particular theme while practicing consistency around movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. All the resources you need will be provided in start of the week emails and you’ll be supported through additional mid-week and end of week emails as well as through WhatsApp check-ins.
